The Gilmer County Fair Committee will review all booth applications. You will be notified by mail if your application has been accepted. If not accepted, your check will be returned. Mail to Ellijay Lions Club Fair Committee, P.O. Box 746, Ellijay, GA 30540.
Not-For-Profit Organization
Booth Size and Location: Inside 7 x 10 $20.00
Outside 15 x 15 $20.00
Fees for Not-For-Profit Organizations are considered a deposit. It the booth is staffed during the hours of the fair, the deposit will be refunded. The deposit is forfeited if the organization fails to set up a booth or leaves the booth
without staff.
I have read the Rules and Regulations on the back of this application and if I am selected to be a vendor for the
2006 Gilmer County Fair, I agree to release the Ellijay Lions Club and the Gilmer County Fair Committee from any responsibility, personal liability, loss, or damage in connection with the Fair. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Gilmer County Fair Committee.

Booth Set Up and Break Down
Booth Set Up
The fairgrounds will be open for vendors to set up their booths on Sunday, August 19th between 1:00 4:00 PM and Tuesday, August 21st from 12:00 noon 3:00 PM.
All vendors must have booths set up and vehicles removed from the fairgrounds by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 22nd. Vehicles are not allowed on the fairgrounds at any time during the fair.
All vendors must have a representative in their booths, ready to greet visitors at the following times:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:45 PM until 11:00 PM
Friday 5:45 PM until 12:00 Midnight
Saturday 5:45 PM until 12:00 Midnight
Vendors may Break Down their booth between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 27th.
No food products may be sold that will conflict with the Lions Club Snack Bar. These items include, but are not limited to: Coke and Pepsi products, coffee, apple fritters, hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, barbecue sandwiches, fried chicken and various country vegetables. No more than 15 amps of electric power provided per space.
Vendor passes will be limited to those individuals actually working in the booths.
Gilmer County Fair Committee reserves the right to change booth assignments.
Alcoholic beverages and controlled substances are prohibited on the fairgrounds at all times. Anyone violating this rule or causing a disturbance will be removed from the premises.
All political rallies, speeches, campaign handbills, and political solicitations of any kind are prohibited on the fairgrounds, both inside and outside the fenced area.
No pets will be allowed inside the fairgrounds, except for those animals assisting handicapped persons.
