Congratulations to LEO Chris Pritchett for winning the Robert Edge Award at the 85th Annual Lions Convention held in Columbus, GA June 8 - 9, 2006. Chris received the award for the most outstanding essay submitted by a LEO from the state of Georgia!

Our Leos work very hard to assist us with our projects but they also perform community service projects of their own, for instance...

The Leos took up a school wide collection for a former GHS student whose house burned

down (no insurance because Mom lost her job taking care of Dad until he

died last winter)...we raised nearly $400!

Student had to drop out of school to work to feed family.
